1. Design can not be claimed as your own, be resold as a file or edited in anyway.
2. For personal use or for people making a product for sale. (fabric, vinyl, printed based products made by yourself)
4. Do not publish this design onto ANY print on demand sites. (uploading my artwork to 3rd party sites allows them access) You as the buyer are the only one to have access to the files.
5.If you are a fabric shop & plan to sell this design for yards of fabric to customers please ensure you have purchased the 'Fabric Shop License 2023' listing.

6. If you have over 2 employees within your business and plan to sell items inclusing our designs over 500 times please contact us for a extended license.

Please note *some* unclaimed exclusive colourways may be moved over to become non exclusives after a certain period of time.

Kosso Design Studio owns rights to all elements used within designs & may adapt / use these in future seamless designs which differ to present exclusives.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you are a rep of a business please read & adhere to the below terms.

When claiming a file for a business please make us aware of which business the file will be gifted to. In most scenarios we will email the file directly to the business to avoid exclusive files being passed around more than one time.

The file purchased must only be gifted to one business.

As per our T&Cs when purchasing Kosso designs, you are purchasing a license to use the file as per that particular designs exclusivity rights. All copyright and ownership remains with Kosso Design and we are able to withdraw files if our T&Cs are not met.

-If purchasing a transparent file this can only be used on clear vinyl products & adding your own colours/backgrounds is not allowed.

-If purchasing a PNG/Sub you can not edit the file in anyway. This includes creating your own seamless from it.

We maintain the rights to withdraw designs if the our full terms are not stuck by.
